The client contacted us in search for a new software development partner to take over production of their webshop solution. We happily accepted their running project, and continued development as planned. As with most projects, we followed our own adaptation of Scrum development methodology, organizing work tasks into two-week sprints. The team for this project included a full-stack web developer, a QA tester and a project coordinator.
